Managing Partner

David brings over 18 years of business development, project development and marketing & public relations experience to Peak Wind. From 1991 to 1997 David worked in the interactive software industry designing & producing multi-million dollar entertainment and educational products for Walt Disney Interactive and Microprose Software.

From 1998 to 2001, David gained experience in contract negotiation as Director of International Business Development for Hasbro Interactive. During this time, he participated in the evaluation and negotiation of several $100 million deals including the licensing of toy rights for the Harry Potter franchise and Hasbro’s purchase of TSR / Wizards of the Coast.

In 2002, David co-founded a successful design and marketing agency, SavvyDog Design, for which he continues to act as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Business Development. SavvyDog Design has provided services for over 300 corporate and nonprofit clients across dozens of industries including numerous companies in the renewable energy sector.

David joined Wind Works, LLC in 2007 as a minority partner and has been involved in evaluation and lease negotiation for numerous wind projects. His keen interest in renewable energy and rural development led him to co-found the Roscoe Wind Council, a nonprofit entity focused on the promotion of renewable energy projects in economically distressed rural communities, where he served as Director from 2007 to 2008.
